Wyoming Whiskey (independent)

Independent craft distillery founded in 2009 by Kate and Brad Mead and David DeFazio in Kirby, Wyoming. The Mead family's roots in Wyoming date back to 1890. Wyoming Whiskey is notable for sourcing all of its grains (non-GMO corn, winter wheat, barley, and winter rye) from within 100 miles of the distillery, and for enlisting former Maker's Mark master distiller Steve Nally to establish their production program starting in 2007.
