Chattanooga Whiskey Company (independent)

Founded in 2011 by Tim Piersant and Joe Ledbetter with a mission to revive whiskey distilling in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The company was instrumental in changing Tennessee state law to allow distilleries in Hamilton County (Chattanooga) for the first time since Prohibition. Known for its 'Tennessee High Malt' style that uses a higher proportion of malted barley than traditional bourbon or Tennessee whiskey, along with an Experimental Single Batch Series that has produced hundreds of unique small-batch expressions.
