Chattanooga Whiskey 111 Cask Strength

A cask strength Tennessee High Malt whiskey, typically bottled around 111 proof. Uses a high-malt mashbill that differentiates Chattanooga Whiskey from traditional Tennessee whiskey producers. The higher malted barley content contributes rich, nutty, biscuit-like flavors. Made with the Lincoln County Process (charcoal mellowing) but using a distinctly modern, experimental approach to grain selection.
