Castle & Key Distillery (independent)

Independent craft distillery that purchased the historic Old Taylor Distillery site in Frankfort, KY in 2014 and after four years of restoration, opened to visitors in September 2018. The site has deep historical significance as E.H. Taylor's distillery beginning in 1887. Known for using locally-sourced heirloom white corn and white wheat from Walnut Grove Farms in southwestern Kentucky.
