Global animal health and nutrition company founded by Dr. Pearse Lyons in 1980, headquartered in Lexington, KY. Lyons acquired the historic Lexington Brewing Company in 1999 and launched the Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co., building the Town Branch Distillery in 2012 as the first new distillery in Lexington in over 100 years. The company integrates fermentation science expertise (its core agricultural business) with craft spirits production.
