Town Branch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Distilled by a company whose core business is fermentation science (Alltech/Ferm Solutions), bringing a uniquely technical approach to bourbon production. The mashbill uses 100% malted rye (rather than unmalted) as the flavoring grain — one of very few Kentucky bourbons to do this. Fermented in large cypress wood tanks visible through the distillery's glass front wall. The brewery-distillery hybrid model means the same fermentation expertise drives both the Kentucky Ale and the bourbon. Named after the historic creek that once ran through downtown Lexington.
