Starlight Carl T. Huber's Bourbon Whiskey

The flagship bourbon of Starlight Distillery, named after the Huber family patriarch Carl T. Huber. A small batch bourbon aged in #3 char American white oak barrels. Made with local Indiana corn and grains. The terroir of the Knobstone Escarpment -- with its limestone-rich soil and dramatic seasonal temperature swings -- contributes to a distinctive flavor profile different from Kentucky bourbons.
