Starlight Distillery (Huber's)

One of Indiana's oldest craft distilleries, established in 2001 by the Huber family whose roots in the Starlight community date to 1843. Located on 700 acres of rolling farmland on the Knobstone Escarpment in southern Indiana, just minutes from the Ohio River. The distillery leverages the family's winemaking expertise (Huber's has been producing wine since 1978) to create innovative whiskey finishes using their own wine and brandy barrels. The flagship Carl T. Huber's Bourbon is named after the family patriarch. Also produces Old Rickhouse Rye and a wide range of barrel-finished whiskeys. The limestone geology of the Knobstone Escarpment provides naturally filtered, mineral-rich water.
