New Riff Distilling

Located directly across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, on the Kentucky side in Newport. Founded by Ken Lewis, a Kentucky liquor retailer. One of very few distilleries to commit exclusively to the Bottled in Bond standard for all products, which requires 4+ years aging, single distillery, single distilling season, 100 proof. Distinguishes itself through complete transparency: published mash bills, always-present age statements, no chill filtration, non-GMO grain, and publicly documented water source. The high mineral content of their private aquifer is cited as a key flavor differentiator.
