Independent, single-family-owned craft distillery founded in 2014 in Newport, KY, by Ken Lewis. Committed exclusively to the Bottled in Bond standard and publishes all mash bills transparently. Sources 100% non-GMO grains and uses a private 100-foot-deep aquifer with mineral-rich water. Distinguishes itself through total transparency, always including age statements, published mash bills, and no chill filtration.
