Unusual in offering over 50 distinct mash bills to client brands. The facility includes a highly regarded on-site restaurant. The Collaboration Series blends in-house distillate with barrels sourced from legacy Kentucky distilleries (e.g., Willett, Heaven Hill), bridging the craft and heritage bourbon worlds.
