45th Parallel Spirits

45th Parallel Distillery was founded by Paul Werni in 2007, making it the second craft distillery in Wisconsin and one of the first in the Midwest. The grain-to-glass operation sources local grains from nearby farms and produces vodka, whiskey, bourbon, gin, and aquavit, while also operating a full Italian-inspired restaurant and event venue.
