45th Parallel Spirits is a grain-to-glass craft distillery founded by Paul Werni in 2007 in New Richmond, Wisconsin, one of the second craft distilleries established in the state. The facility handles every step of production in-house and also serves as an event venue and full Italian-inspired restaurant destination.
