Rabbit Hole Cavehill Four Grain Straight Bourbon

A four-grain bourbon that includes honey malted barley — an ingredient not found in other major commercial bourbons. Named after Cavehill, a neighborhood in Louisville near a limestone cave system. The combination of malted wheat, malted barley, and honey malted barley replaces both the standard unmalted grain approach and the typical single secondary grain. This gives the whiskey a richer, maltier base than standard bourbons. Aged 5–6 years. The unusual grain combination is Kaveh Zamanian's core differentiator from the Kentucky mainstream.
