George Remus Straight Bourbon Whiskey

MGP's own consumer brand produced at the Ross & Squibb Distillery. Named after bootlegger George Remus, who was based in Cincinnati and purchased the Squibb Distillery site during Prohibition, making him one of the largest bootleggers in US history. At 94 proof, non-chill filtered, with 5+ years aging, it represents the quality MGP produces for hundreds of clients under contract — now available under its own label. A blend of two high-rye mashbills, one of which is among the highest rye percentages in commercially available bourbon.
