What Makes This Different
Virginia's most awarded rye whisky (spelled without the 'e'). Made from 100% certified organic Virginia rye grain — no corn or other grains in the mashbill. This positions it as a pot still rye, not a bourbon or blended rye. Distilled in a 400L copper pot still over a nine-hour distillation process designed to maximize flavor extraction from the rye grain. Aged in new charred Minnesota white oak and Virginia white oak barrels, with Virginia oak contributing distinctive tannins. Certified organic, kosher, vegan, and gluten-free. The first legal distillery in Loudoun County since Prohibition.
