Blanton's Original Single Barrel Bourbon

Introduced in 1984 as the first commercially marketed single barrel bourbon in the US — a genuine historical innovation. Uses Buffalo Trace Mash Bill #2 (high-rye), giving it more spice than the flagship bourbon. Each bottle is hand-labeled from a single barrel with barrel number and dumped date on the stopper. The horse-and-jockey metal stoppers are a collector item with 8 different poses. Street prices far exceed MSRP due to allocation scarcity.
