Established in 2009 as the first micro-distillery in Eastern Oregon, Stein Distillery is a family-run operation in the Wallowa Mountains where the owner grows his own barley, rye, and wheat used in production. Known for producing Black Maple Hill Oregon Straight Rye and Bourbon Whiskeys, the distillery sources high-mountain glacier water for its mash.
