What's Unique

Holladay Distillery, founded in 1856 by Ben and Major David Holladay, is the oldest distillery west of the Mississippi River still operating at its original site, with grounds listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The distillery uses water from a limestone spring cistern first noted by Lewis and Clark in 1804, and offers 90-minute guided tours through over 160 years of history.
