Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience

Heaven Hill's visitor center and brand home in Bardstown, the 'Bourbon Capital of the World.' The site is on the original Heaven Hill distillery campus where production took place from 1935 until the catastrophic November 7, 1996 fire that destroyed 90,000 barrels of aging bourbon and the production facility. While primary production moved to the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, this Bardstown campus was transformed into the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience -- an immersive visitor center with tours, tastings, and the history of the Shapira family's stewardship of America's largest independent, family-owned spirits company. A cornerstone stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
