Cleveland Whiskey

Founded in 2009 by Tom Lix in Cleveland's South Flats neighborhood, Cleveland Whiskey combines traditional whiskey production with patented pressure-cycling technology that rapidly finishes bourbon in unconventional woods including sugar maple, apple, and black cherry. The distillery began releasing its Underground series in 2013 and offers tours, tastings, and a bottle shop at its Cuyahoga riverfront location.
