Black Button Distilling was founded in 2012 by Jason Barrett as the first distillery in Rochester since Prohibition. As a licensed New York State Farm Distillery, it sources nearly 100% of its grain from within 50 miles, and is known for its Four Grain Straight Bourbon, Empire Rye, and Bespoke Bourbon Cream.
