Widow Jane Distillery

Widow Jane is a craft distillery in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, known for small-batch bourbons using limestone-rich water sourced from the historic Rosendale Mines in upstate New York. Founded in 2012, the company was acquired by Heaven Hill Distillery in 2022 when it purchased parent company Samson & Surrey.
