Rabbit Hole Distillery (Pernod Ricard majority)

Louisville, KY craft distillery founded in 2012 by Kaveh Zamanian, a clinical psychologist turned distiller. Sourced contract whiskey on custom recipes from 2014, broke ground on a purpose-built distillery in 2016, and opened in 2018. Pernod Ricard acquired a majority stake in 2019. Known for multi-grain, non-traditional mashbills using malted wheat, honey malted barley, and malted rye.
