Luxco (formerly the David Sherman Corporation) is a St. Louis-based producer and marketer of distilled spirits founded in 1958 by David Sherman Sr. and Paul A. Lux. In 2021, the company was acquired by MGP Ingredients, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGPI), becoming a subsidiary of that publicly traded company.
