Black Button Distilling is Rochester's first grain-to-glass distillery since Prohibition, founded in 2012 with a commitment to sourcing nearly 100% New York State–grown ingredients from within 50 miles. Licensed as a New York State Farm Distillery, it produces Four Grain Straight Bourbon, Bespoke Bourbon Cream, and several botanical gins.
